Description
The Salesforce Administrator manages the company’s Salesforce CRM and other corporate data assets, including system administration, configuration, customization, data integration, user and license management, security, data integrity, releases, reporting, troubleshooting, and user training. The role also supports stakeholder collaboration, project planning, technical solution design, implementation, and special projects. A bachelor’s degree, Salesforce Administrator certification, and 3–5 years of cross-functional project experience are required; healthcare or health insurance data experience and Tableau experience are preferred.
