KIPP NYC is hiring a full-time Salesforce System Administrator to administer, optimize, and improve its Salesforce platform across student recruitment and enrollment, family engagement, marketing, advancement, and internal operations. The role manages users, permissions, configurations, reports, dashboards, integrations, data quality, automation, and user support, while partnering with school-based and organizational teams. It is a hybrid position based in the Midtown Manhattan office with at least three in-person days per week and travel to schools in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. The position offers a salary of $71,070 to $85,490 per year and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
