Lighthouse is hiring a full-time hybrid Salesforce Technical Architect in Barcelona, Spain. The role bridges business requirements and technical execution by designing secure, scalable enterprise architecture, overseeing Salesforce and connected-systems integrations, maintaining architecture standards, making buy-vs-build decisions, optimizing performance, and mentoring developers. The architect will personally build solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components at least 50% of the time, while also managing deployments, CI/CD, documentation, and AI-assisted development. The position requires 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 5 years with Salesforce, along with strong enterprise architecture, integration, data, and communication skills.
