Description

VISEO is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to define end-to-end Salesforce architectures covering OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions, and core clouds. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical designs, serving as a technical authority during solution design workshops, guiding development teams on OmniStudio and Apex components, overseeing governance and standards, conducting design and code reviews, collaborating with various stakeholders, and mentoring developers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of Salesforce experience
at least 3+ years in an architect role.
Proven expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with government or public sector organisations
an understanding of regulatory, compliance, and public service delivery contexts.
Salesforce Application/Technical Architect certifications strongly preferred;
OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certifications required.
Strong integration knowledge (APIs, middleware, legacy system interoperability)
Deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices (GitLab, Salesforce DX, metadata management, automated CI/CD pipelines)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Meticulous in documentation – able to produce clear, accurate, and reusable technical designs, architecture diagrams, and standards guides.
