Description
The Salesforce Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, deployment, integration, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. The role leads Salesforce developers, conducts code reviews and technical mentoring, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures quality, security, performance, documentation, and compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of Salesforce development and administration experience, and at least two years of technical leadership experience, with a salary range of $140,000–$160,000 annually.
