Description
The Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer will design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Responsibilities include solution architecture, code reviews, integrations, CI/CD deployments, production troubleshooting, performance and security governance, and participation in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps. The role requires 8-12+ years of IT experience, 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, proven leadership of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, and mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications.
