HELPLINE is hiring Salesforce trainer consultants for its Starlight program to support the rollout and adoption of new CRM tools across an insurance-sector client’s user networks in France. The role involves delivering in-person, remote, and on-site Salesforce Lightning training; supporting operational onboarding and adoption; collecting user feedback; escalating issues; preparing training materials; and collaborating with project, business, and product teams. Candidates need proven Salesforce training and change-management experience, strong Salesforce Lightning knowledge, experience training diverse audiences, and strong communication and teaching skills.
