Nordstrom is hiring a salesperson passionate about fashion and styling to build customer relationships and drive in-store and digital sales using selling tools such as text and social media. The role involves achieving sales goals, providing style and fit guidance, keeping the department customer-ready through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning, and opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts. The position requires strong communication, people skills, organization, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment. Compensation is $18.80 per hour plus commission eligibility and benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and other insurance options.
