Description
The Family Service Counselor serves client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements, selling pre-need arrangements, responding to inquiries, building trust-based relationships, and generating referrals. The role also prospecting, networking, coordinating with funeral home and cemetery staff, and maintaining family records. It requires 1–2 years of college or equivalent education and experience, with customer service or sales experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, frequent driving, computer knowledge, and customer service skills. Compensation is $50,000 to $100,000 targeted, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
