Description
Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy, high-energy salon, manage daily operations, coach and develop stylist teams, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Compensation is $55,000–$85,000 annually plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with health, dental, vision, PTO, and other benefits; medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
