Great Clips is seeking an experienced, licensed cosmetologist or barber to serve as a Salon Manager. The role leads and coaches a team of stylists, manages day-to-day salon operations, supports customer experience, and may also deliver haircuts depending on salon needs. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology. The position offers $25–$37+ per hour plus bonuses, flexible scheduling, training, paid time off, holidays, and medical, dental, and vision insurance where available.
