Great Clips is hiring a full-time Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology. The base wage is $25 per hour, with commission, bonus, tips, and an average total earning of $35–$40 per hour; ongoing training and employee benefits may be available at certain locations.
