The role leads and develops a team of stylists, manages day-to-day salon operations, coaches staff, and may also deliver haircuts depending on salon needs. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and a customer-service and team-performance focus.
