The role is primarily hands-on, with 90% of the time spent cutting and styling hair, while also training new team members, leading the salon, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting customer experience. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology.
