Great Clips is hiring Salon Managers to lead and support salon teams, manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role offers an hourly wage plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, and potential medical benefits and paid time off depending on the location. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and a goal-oriented approach. Prior salon management experience is helpful but not always required.
