Salon Manager at Great Clips

Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage daily operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and availability for at least one 7:30 p.m. closing shift and one weekend shift per week. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour plus incentives, weekly pay, manager bonuses, and Sunday bonus pay, with PTO and medical, dental, and vision benefits available at certain locations.
