Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead and inspire stylists and barbers, manage day-to-day salon operations, coach team members, maintain a positive salon culture, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Compensation is $22.00 to $40.00 per hour plus tips, with medical benefits and paid time off potentially available at certain locations.
