Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role requires a cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Compensation includes a $24–$26 base plus tips and incentives, with potential earnings of $40–$50 per hour, weekly pay, 401(k) matching, and paid time off; medical benefits may be available at certain locations.
