Great Clips is seeking Salon Managers to lead salon teams, manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop stylists, deliver haircuts, and support customer experience. The role offers $30-$40 per hour plus commission, medical and retirement benefits, paid time off, training, and flexible scheduling. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Prior salon management experience is helpful but not always required.
