Salon Manager at Great Clips

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead its high-volume Bellingham salon. The role oversees salon operations, coaches and develops stylist teams, manages customer experience and performance, and may also deliver haircuts depending on salon needs. Candidates must hold a valid Washington state barber or cosmetology license, have leadership experience, and demonstrate strong technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position offers $24–$27 per hour in base pay plus performance bonuses and tips, along with weekly pay, a 401(k) match, PTO, and vacation time.
