Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage daily operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour plus tips, with monthly bonuses, health and dental insurance, a matching 401K, and paid time off; employee medical benefits may be available at certain locations.
