Description
Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, support daily operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts as needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and adaptability. Compensation is $45–$60 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with PTO, benefits, training, and growth opportunities; medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations.
