Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage daily operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology. Compensation includes a competitive base wage, up to 25% product sales commission, and total compensation of up to $25-$35 per hour, with bonuses, training, paid holidays, paid time off, and health and retirement benefits available at certain locations.
