Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage daily operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role offers $25–$35+ per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, paid holidays, PTO, training, and career advancement opportunities. Applicants need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, technology comfort, and a customer-service and team-performance focus. Prior salon management experience is helpful but not always required.
