The role begins as a Manager in Training and includes coaching stylists, managing day-to-day salon operations, supporting customer experience, using salon technology, and delivering haircuts as needed. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology.
