Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy, family-oriented salon. The role combines hands-on haircutting with coaching, developing, motivating, and managing a team of stylists, while overseeing day-to-day salon operations, customer experience, scheduling systems, metrics, and reports. Candidates need a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong technical skills, leadership ability, communication and organizational skills, and comfort with salon technology. The position offers an hourly wage plus tips, flexible scheduling, training, and potential medical benefits and paid time off at certain locations.
