Great Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a salon team, manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop stylists, and deliver haircuts when needed. The role requires a cosmetology or barber license, strong technical haircutting and leadership skills, communication and organizational abilities, and comfort with salon technology. Compensation is $22 to $40 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling, training, and possible medical benefits and paid time off depending on the location.
