Great Clips is hiring a full-time Salon Manager for its new Marlborough salon. The role leads a team of stylists, manages day-to-day salon operations, coaches and develops staff, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and may also provide haircuts depending on salon needs. The position offers $30–$50 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, leadership training, and potential medical benefits and paid time off at certain locations.
