Description
The Same Day Surgery RN provides nursing care in an ambulatory surgical center, including preoperative patient screening, vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, postoperative recovery, discharge teaching, and room turnover. The full-time schedule includes varying hours and 2–3 closer shifts, with flexible start times but no weekends, holidays, on-call, or overnight hours. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, hold a current Utah RN license, and have BLS; ACLS and surgical services experience are preferred.
