Description
Karsten International is hiring a Sample Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of product samples across Buying, PJM, Sales, Quality, and Sourcing. The role spends approximately 17 hours per week on sample management—receiving, unpacking, registering, storing, rotating, packing, dispatching, tracking, and coordinating returns and clean-up—and about 6 hours per week on logistics and storage, including shipment monitoring, carrier follow-up, stock shipments, shipping administration, and external storage. The position requires physical work with boxes and samples, strong organization, independent task management, and 2–3 years of relevant experience; MBO education in Business, Logistics, or a similar field is a plus. The role is based in Amsterdam and offers visa application support and the 30% ruling where applicable.
