Description
The Sample Operations Coordinator owns the daily execution of sample receiving, tracking, organization, reporting, and archival across product categories. The role partners with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and Facilities teams to maintain accurate sample data in PLM and Airtable, support reviews, mock stores, and photoshoots, resolve shipping issues, and improve sample operations. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong organization and attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and preferably Airtable, PLM, or home goods/retail experience. The expected starting pay is $24–$27 per hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
