Description

The Geology Sample Preparation Technician performs the complete geology sample preparation workflow, including receipt, inspection, work-order creation, labeling, coding, drying, crushing, splitting, homogenizing, pulverizing, and bagging. The role also involves drying samples and determining moisture content. Candidates should have a graduate-level qualification in minerals, chemistry, or metallurgy, at least six months of experience in sample preparation or sampling, and preferably knowledge of physical-test preparation and exploration, as well as experience working at an altitude of 4,500 meters above sea level. The position is added to payroll from the first day and includes statutory life insurance and corporate agreements.
