Description
The Processing Team Lead provides technical leadership and daily operational coordination for a sample processing laboratory, performing complex biological sample processing, cell isolation, cryopreservation, documentation, quality investigations, data reviews, and laboratory maintenance. The role trains and assesses laboratory personnel, supports workflow prioritization and process improvements, and serves as an operational resource when the Supervisor is absent. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience in biology, chemistry, or life sciences, plus four years of relevant laboratory experience; a bachelor’s degree, BSI experience, leadership experience, and automated sample isolation experience are preferred. The disclosed compensation range is $25.72–$38.61 USD.
