Description
The Injection Molding Process Technician operates and sets up injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, starts validated processes, troubleshoots quality and mold issues, performs product inspections, maintains process documentation, and supports process development, Design of Experiments, and CAPA projects. The role requires a high school diploma, RJG certification, at least three years of manufacturing process technician or mold development experience, and knowledge of injection molding, tooling, cavity pressure monitoring, scientific molding principles, and IQ-OQ-PQ validation. Preferred qualifications include IQMS Manufacturing software, ISO 90001/13485 experience, and injection and extrusion molding experience.
