Description
Bosch is hiring a professional to lead end-to-end sample value stream management, focusing on cost optimization, process standardization, governance, reporting, and performance improvement across sample production and delivery. The role partners with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, business, sales, and project stakeholders to consolidate demand forecasts, monitor KPIs, drive corrective actions, and implement cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives. It requires a university degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluent English; German is a plus.
