Description
The Weighing Leader receives homogenized samples, checks and records sample information, weighs analytical portions into labeled containers, stores samples and tubes, and delivers them to the laboratory. The role supports laboratory technicians, coordinates with grinding and lab teams, maintains sample traceability, calibrates balances, follows safety and housekeeping procedures, and reports errors or abnormalities. A high school education or equivalent, basic laboratory and weighing knowledge, attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to follow procedures under time constraints are required.
