Nassau Candy is hiring a full-time, on-site Samples Associate (Bilingual – English/Spanish) in Hicksville, New York, to support the Manager of Confectionery/Food R&D and Manufacturing Optimization. The role prepares product samples, coordinates sample production and project timelines, assists with formulation updates and ingredient sourcing, maintains R&D records, and serves as a liaison between Product Development and Production. It requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, food manufacturing, laboratory, quality, or R&D experience, strong measurement and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position works in both office and food manufacturing environments and requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards.
