Description
AEM is hiring a Bear and Wildlife Monitor to support Exploration, Permitting, or Construction teams in the field by assessing bear and wildlife risks, reporting wildlife activity, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free, and performing other assigned duties. The role requires a valid Firearms Acquisition Certificate, firearm proficiency, physical endurance, prior bear or wildlife monitoring experience, and effective English communication. It is reserved for Nunavut Inuit Beneficiary candidates and follows a 14-day work cycle followed by 14 days for transportation and rest, with accommodations and meals provided on site.
