Description
The Sander performs fill/sand of castings and production sanding under the direction of the Plating/Paint Supervisor or Group Leader. The role includes moving parts, verifying blueprint and router-sheet revisions, producing parts to specification, sanding and inspecting parts, operating hand tools and sanding equipment, handling materials with a forklift, and maintaining productivity and quality. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint-reading ability, forklift operation and LECO forklift licensing, and Right-To-Know training.
