Pilgrim's is hiring a Sanitation team member to clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, work areas, and facilities in poultry processing operations. The role involves preparing and applying cleaning chemicals, inspecting sanitized areas, maintaining a safe and organized environment, following SOPs and food-safety requirements, and supporting production readiness. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while poultry, food, manufacturing, or industrial sanitation experience is a plus. The position requires physical work in refrigerated conditions, including standing, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working with chemicals and PPE.
