Description
The Sanitation Assistant Operations Manager supports daily sanitation operations in a high-volume food production and distribution facility, leading frontline teams, coordinating schedules and staffing, verifying cleaning and sanitation activities, and ensuring compliance with food safety, chemical-handling, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role partners with Operations, Food Safety & Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and People/HR teams, supports audits and corrective actions, and drives continuous improvement. It requires at least two years of relevant leadership experience, physical ability to work in varying temperature zones, and flexible scheduling.
