Description
The Sanitation Manager leads sanitation, cleaning, wastewater treatment, food safety, regulatory compliance, audits, contractor management, budgeting, and continuous improvement at a food manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role manages the sanitation team and third-party service providers, develops sanitation procedures and performance standards, leads corrective actions, and collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Health & Safety teams. The position requires 7–10 years of progressive experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, or operations leadership, including at least 5 years managing sanitation teams in a food processing environment.
