Pilgrim’s is hiring a Sanitation Superintendent to lead sanitation supervisors and hourly employees across its poultry processing plant. The role oversees sanitation, food safety, regulatory compliance, chemical and supply management, staff development, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement, while serving as the primary USDA sanitation liaison. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a related college degree, at least one year of directly related food or poultry processing management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
