Description
The Sanitation Supervisor oversees sanitation processes and hourly team members in a designated food-processing facility area, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, safety procedures, equipment inspections, training, records, and customer or government reporting. The role includes supervising sanitation activities, administering lockout/tagout procedures, operating specialized equipment, mentoring leads, and working scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. It requires at least three years of experience in food processing or another heavy industry, the ability to lift 15–50 pounds, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
