Description
Pilgrim’s is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation activities in a poultry processing plant. The role oversees cleaning and sanitization of the facility, equipment, and tools; trains, schedules, and directs sanitation team members; conducts pre- and post-operation inspections; monitors chemical use and equipment performance; maintains sanitation records; and ensures compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer knowledge; a related college degree, poultry or food industry experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and advanced Word and Excel skills are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and a tri-annual bonus opportunity, with a base salary of $60,591 to $73,618.20.
