Sanitation Supervisor at Pilgrim's

The role oversees cleaning and sanitization of the facility, equipment, and tools; trains, schedules, and directs sanitation team members; conducts pre- and post-operation inspections; monitors chemical use and equipment performance; maintains sanitation records; and ensures compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer knowledge.
