Description
The Sanitation Supervisor reports to the Sanitation Manager and oversees sanitation employees and operations for their shift. The role manages plant sanitation programs, the Master Sanitation Schedule, SSOPs, GMPs, food safety, chemical safety, pest control, waste removal, audits, employee training, performance management, and coordination with Production, Maintenance, Material Control, and Quality Assurance. The position also recommends process and equipment improvements and requires strong communication, planning, safety, quality, adaptability, and team-motivation skills.
