Description
The Packaging Sanitation Technician cleans, assembles, disassembles, and sanitizes beverage packaging equipment; operates CIP systems; performs preventive maintenance; completes sanitation records; conducts pre-operation checks; troubleshoots basic issues; collects quality samples; and sets up the packaging line for the next day. The role follows GMP, food-safety, and quality standards, works in a loud manufacturing environment, and requires forklift operation, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently. Shift A runs Sunday through Wednesday and Shift B runs Wednesday through Saturday, with a 10-hour shift typically from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
