Hawaiian Host Group is hiring a Food Production Sanitation Technician to perform and comply with sanitation standard operating procedures in a food-processing environment. The role includes mixing cleaning chemicals, reviewing sanitation deficiencies, taking corrective actions, and performing post-operational swab testing. It follows a night-shift schedule starting at 4:00 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, food-processing experience, cGMP knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and TB clearance.
