Description
Clifford Chance is seeking an M&A lawyer to advise on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and high-value commercial contracts, with a focus on complex cross-border transactions. The role requires at least six years of experience at a leading international law firm, professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, experience under New York law, transaction-document and due-diligence work, cross-border coordination, and admission to the New York Bar. Latin America M&A experience is highly valued.
